| Description : In profile is Nikos Kazantzakis (1883‐1957), one of the
most important Greek writers of the 20th century, who wrote the novel Aleix Zorba in 1946, which became known to a
wide audience through the film adaptation by Michael Cacoyannis, starring Anthony Quinn, and the music of Mikis Theodorakis.
